Please be informed that the Santa Lucia Public Market and all business establishments within 100 meter radius may now operate/open tomorrow, July 8, 2021, except for the Wet Section, Vegetable Section, Symann Food Haus and Windore’s Sari-Sari Store.

In addition to the guidelines under Executive Order 56, Series of 2021 issued by Governor Ryan Luis Singson, the following shall be strictly observed:

1. Market shall impose one entry, one exit;
2. Pass slip signed by the concerned punong barangay or any authorized official is required before allowing to enter inside the public market;
3. Health protocols like wearing of facemask, social distancing and hand sanitizing shall be strictly observed;
4. No dine-in operation for eatery business; and
5. All business establishments shall maintain logbook for contact tracing purposes.
