Santa Lucia, officially the Municipality of Santa Lucia is a 3rd class municipality in the province of Ilocos Sur, Philippines. According to the 2015 census, it has a population of 25,402 people.
Santa Lucia is 337 kilometers north of Metro Manila and 70 kilometers south of Vigan City, the provincial capital.
The town celebrates its annual fiesta on December 13, the feast of its patroness, Saint Lucy.
