A Warm Welcome to La Union Delegates!
With pride and warm hospitality, the Municipality of Sta. Lucia welcomed the R1AA delegates from La Union today at the Gov. Titong Singson Memorial Auditorium—a gathering of passion, discipline, and sports excellence.

The event was graced by Hon. Mayor Joseph Simon B. Valdez and the Sangguniang Bayan Members of Sta. Lucia, reaffirming our shared commitment to youth development and sportsmanship.
Delegates are billeted at Sta. Lucia North Central School (SLNCS) and Sta. Lucia South Central School (SSCS) under the leadership of Municipality Focal Person Mr. Emil R. Riodil.
We extend our sincere appreciation to the school heads, teachers, and staff of SLNCS and SSCS, and to our valued partners from SDO Candon (Co-Host) for their support and assistance.
Our gratitude also goes to Hon. Mayor Eric Singson for his support and for hosting the R1AA 2026.
We likewise commend our on-duty personnel, LDRRM, RHU, and Municipal Engineering Office staff, PNP and BFP personnel, barangay officials, and tanods for ensuring safety and order throughout the activity.
As the games begin, may every athlete embody discipline, teamwork, and pride for Region 1.
