Sta. Lucia, Ilocos Sur is among the latest beneficiaries of the PCSO’s Medical Transport Vehicle Donation Program (MTVDP)- it is made possible through the initiative of our Mayor Joseph Simon B. Valdez. Our Mayor personally received one unit of Patient Transport Vehicle (PTV) during the turn over ceremony held on July 9, 2025 at Quirino Grandstand, Manila. Each PTV is equipped with vital medical supplies, including stretchers, oxygen tanks, and blood pressure monitors, ensuring timely and safe transport for Sta. Lucians in need.
